Russia, early 20th century. Revolutionary underground invented apparatus detecting sexual impulses. This will allow the erotic energy to the cause of revolution, instead of wasting it in carnal pleasures, as does the unconscionable bourgeoisie. In the company of three women donors revolutionaries begin work on building a sex-bomb, a weapon of unprecedented destructive power. However, the charming assistant inventors are not serious work, violate discipline, and the experiment gets out of control.
